The invention relates to the technical field of oil and gas field station area and pipeline engineering construction, in particular to a precast concrete foundation cushion-free construction method which comprises the following steps: step 1, prefabricating a foundation; 2, a foundation trench is excavated on site; 3, foundation positioning is conducted through a theodolite and a positioning frame; 4, the foundation is hoisted in place; and 5, backfilling the foundation trench soil. The method has the following effects: 1, the whole process is free of cast-in-place operation, construction in remote areas and under various severe environment conditions is facilitated, and the prefabrication technical level of civil engineering of the oil and gas field is greatly improved; 2, the quality monitoring of the whole process of the precast concrete foundation is realized, the construction quality of the concrete foundation is improved, and the on-site construction error is reduced; 3, the garbage pollution and noise influence on the surrounding environment in the pouring process are reduced, and the on-site safety risk is reduced; and 4, compared with a cast-in-place structure, the site construction period is shortened by about 2/3.
