The invention relates to the house building field, in particular to a house building basement waterproof structure and a construction method. According to the technical scheme, a roof comprises a first waterproof concrete layer, a first mortar waterproof protection layer and a first wall body. Each side wall comprises a second waterproof concrete layer, a second mortar waterproof protection layer,a self-adhesion waterproof coil layer and a second wall body. A water guiding pipe is arranged at the bottom of each side wall. A flow guiding pipe communicating with the water guiding pipe is arranged in each second mortar protection layer. The end, far away from the corresponding water guiding pipe, of each flow guiding pipe is connected with a first flow guiding plate and a second flow guidingplate, wherein the first flow guiding plate and the second flow guiding plate are both coated with waterproof coatings. The first flow guiding plates and the second flow guiding plates are used for guiding seeped water at the connection positions between the roof and the side walls into the flow guiding pipes to flow into the water guiding pipes, so that the water seepage condition of the basement is effectively reduced, and then the situation that since the basement seeps too much water, the overall quality of the basement is damaged is effectively reduced.
