The invention provides a tunnel supporting structure penetrating through an existing pile foundation building and a construction method thereof. The tunnel supporting structure comprises bearing replacement piles, joists, pile foundation fixing assemblies and steel columns, wherein the joists are arranged on the bearing replacement piles, the pile foundation fixing assemblies are arranged on the peripheries of existing pile foundations, each pile foundation fixing assembly comprises a first fixing part and a second fixing part, the first fixing parts and the second fixing parts are detachablyconnected, pile foundation fixing holes are formed between the first fixing parts and the second fixing parts, the existing pile foundations penetrate through the pile foundation fixing holes, steel column mounting holes are formed in the first fixing parts and the second fixing parts, the steel column mounting holes extend in the vertical direction, the upper parts of the steel columns are arranged in the steel column mounting holes, and the lower parts of the steel columns are connected with the joists; and the construction method comprises the steps of construction of the bearing replacement piles, construction of joist reinforcement cages, construction of the pile foundation fixing assemblies and the steel columns and construction of the joists. According to the tunnel supporting structure, the safety and stability of an existing building can be guaranteed, and safe and smooth construction of a tunnel engineering project can be guaranteed.
