The invention discloses a construction method for a tunnel underneath passing existing bridge pile foundation, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: grouting test: respectively drilling 2-3 grouting holes around an existing foundation pile of a viaduct before grouting construction, injecting grouting liquid into the grouting holes to fill all gaps of the grouting holes, and performing grouting test; then testing technical parameters of the grouting liquid; the method comprises the following steps: determining a grouting range, arranging holes, implanting micro piles and grouting, constructing and preparing a bearing platform at the top end of an existing pile foundation after grouting maintenance is completed, reinforcing the space between the newly-built bearing platform and the existing pile foundation, and sequentially excavating a left tunnel and a right tunnel on the left side and the right side of the existing pile foundation after the existing pile foundation reinforcing construction is completed. Normal passage of the upper viaduct can be guaranteed, construction period delay and economic loss caused by disassembly and reconstruction of existing piles of the viaduct are avoided, functional requirements of the viaduct are reserved as much as possible, and pile foundation settlement caused by tunnel excavation is prevented.
本发明公开了一种隧道下穿既有桥梁桩基的施工方法,其特征在于:所述施工方法包括如下步骤:注浆试验,注浆施工前在高架桥既有基桩周围分别钻取2~3个注浆孔,在注浆孔内注入注浆液,使注浆填充注浆孔的所有空隙,然后检验注浆液技术参数;确定注浆范围、布孔与植入微型桩和注浆,注浆养护完成后在既有桩基的顶端施工制备一个承台,使新建成的承台与既有桩基之间得到加固,既有桩基加固施工结束后分别对既有桩基左右两侧的左线隧道和右线隧道依次进行开挖。本发明能够保证上部高架桥的正常通行,避免桥梁既有桩基因拆复建所引起的工期延误和经济损失,尽最大可能地保留高架桥的功能需求,防止因隧道开挖引起的桩基沉降。
