The collection device comprises a collecting barrel, wherein a movable cavity with an upward opening is formed in the collecting barrel, a screw is rotatably arranged in the movable cavity in the vertical direction, a threaded barrel is in threaded sliding connection with the periphery of the screw, and a connecting rod is fixedlyconnected to the upper end of the threaded barrel; and an annular rod is fixedly connected to the side, far away from the screw, of the connecting rod, the periphery of the annular rod is sleeved withuniformly distributed fan-shaped barrels in a rotating manner, a rotating cavity is formed in each fan-shaped barrel, and a fixing plate is arranged in each rotating cavity. When precipitation occursin the desert, the collection device can drill out from the lower side of sand, a condensation collection film is unfolded, rainwater is collected and stored, the water vapor condensed on the condensation collection film can also be collected in the morning and evening, and water resources are conveniently provided for people traveling in a desert area; and when extreme weather such as sand and dust storm occurs in the desert, the condensation collection film is retracted and then is sunk into the lower side of the sand, and the sand is prevented from entering the interior of the collecting barrel.
