The invention discloses a rainfall flood resource recycling system rebuilt based on a current drainage system. Smooth flow areas subject to streets and non-street retention areas are divided on the ground; a confluence hidden channel is formed downwards on the ground around each retention area; the confluence hidden channels of the adjacent retention areas communicate and converge to an underground vertical shaft of an underground horizontal shaft; the confluence hidden channels are distributed around the retention areas in a surrounding manner; a one-way flow selection hood and a two-way flowselection hood are fixed on the upper side of each confluence hidden channel; one of sections of a part of an underground branch horizontal shaft pipe or an underground horizontal shaft pipe at the confluence tail end is replaced by a composite water return mechanism; a blind well is built near the composite water return mechanism; a well hood is fixed on the top of the blind well; peripheries ofthe bottom of the well hood are closed and only side faces of the top have holes; an underground reservoir is built on the bottom of the blind well; an aboveground reservoir is built on the ground; and the composite water return mechanism discharges water to the underground reservoir and stores water by pumping water from the aboveground reservoir through a water pump. The system disclosed by theinvention has the beneficial effects that flow-divided drainage can be realized in the retention areas and the smooth flow areas, so that stress of the drainage systems in the smooth flow areas is avoided; and besides guarantee of timely drainage of the smooth flow areas, the retention areas realize effective retention and rainfall flood resource utilization.
本发明公开了一种基于现有排水系统改建的雨洪资源回收利用系统,在地面划分以街道为主的畅流区和非街滞留区,滞留区周边地面向下开汇流暗道,相邻滞留区的汇流暗道连通并汇流至地下竖井或地下横井,汇流暗道环绕分布于滞留区周边的部分,其上侧固定有单向选流罩和双向选流罩,将部分地下支流横井管或者汇流末端的地下横井管的其中一段,替换为复合回水机构,同时在复合回水机构附近位置修建盲井,盲井顶部固定有井罩,井罩底部四周封闭仅有顶部侧面开孔,在盲井底部修建地下蓄水池,在地面修建地上蓄水池,所述复合回水机构向地下蓄水池排水,并通过水泵向地上蓄水池抽水储水;本发明滞留区与畅流区能够实现分流排水,从而不会导致畅流区排水系统压力,在确保畅流区及时排水的同时,利用滞留区有效滞留和雨洪资源利用。
