Equal-strength splicing structure and method for inner pasting steel plates of splicing pipes
The invention relates to an equal-strength splicing structure and a method for inner pasting steel plates of splicing pipes. The equal-strength splicing structure comprises a plurality of splicing pipes which are in butt joint end to end, each side wall of the end of each splicing pipe is provided with a first screw hole, and the first screw holes in the adjacent side walls are distributed in a staggered mode; an inner pasting steel plate with a preset bolt is fixed to at least one inner side wall of the butt joint position of the two splicing pipes, second screw holes corresponding to the first screw holes are formed in the upper half section and the lower half section of the inner pasting steel plate, nuts are welded to the second screw holes, the nuts are located on the inner surface ofthe inner pasting steel plate, and bolts penetrate through the first screw holes and the second screw holes and are fixed through the nuts. According to the equal-strength splicing structure and themethod for the inner pasting steel plates of the splicing pipes, the inner pasting steel plates are hidden in the splicing pipes, the outer vertical faces of the spliced combined splicing pipes are neat, uniform in structure and attractive, a user only needs to tighten the bolts and does not need to conduct welding operation when splicing the steel pipes on site, the splicing efficiency is high, and sound, strong light and air pollution caused by welding are avoided.
本发明涉及一种拼接管内贴钢板的等强拼接结构,包括若干首尾对接的拼接管,所述拼接管端部的每个侧壁上均设有第一螺孔,且相邻侧壁上的第一螺孔错位排布,两段所述拼接管对接处的至少一个内侧壁上固定预先设置螺栓的内贴钢板,所述内贴钢板的上半段和下半段均设有与所述第一螺孔对应的第二螺孔,所述第二螺孔处焊接有螺母,所述螺母位于所述内贴钢板的内表面,螺栓穿过所述第一螺孔和所述第二螺孔,并通过所述螺母固定。本发明采用内贴钢板隐藏在拼接管内,拼接好的组合拼接管外立面整齐,结构统一、美观,本发明实现用户在现场钢管拼接时仅需要拧紧螺栓,无需焊接作业,不仅拼接效率高,也避免了焊接带来的声音、强光和空气污染。
