Segmented self-resetting swing wall and construction method
The invention relates to a segmented self-resetting swing wall and a construction method. The segmented self-resetting swing wall comprises a swing wall body arranged on a foundation, wherein the swing wall body is formed by sequentially connecting at least two layers of swing wall base bodies from bottom to top; a plurality of reserved hole channels are pre-buried in the swing wall base bodies inthe longitudinal direction; through holes matched with the reserved hole channels are formed in the foundation; prestressed tendons are arranged in the reserved hole channels in a penetrating mode; anchorage devices are arranged at two ends of each of the prestressed tendons; steel bars are pre-buried at the lower ends of the swing wall base bodies; the lower ends of the pre-buried steel bars extend out of the swing wall base bodies; pre-buried steel caps capable of being connected with the pre-buried steel bars in an inserted mode are pre-buried on the upper side surfaces of the foundation and the rest swing wall base bodies except the swing wall base body on the topmost layer; and the front side and the rear side of the swing wall base body on the bottommost layer are connected with thefoundation through energy dissipation pieces. The swing wall adopts a segmented design, the size of a single body is small, transportation and hoisting are facilitated, the seismic response of the overall structure can be reduced, the internal force of the swing wall body in an earthquake is effectively reduced, and the circumstance that the effectiveness of the wall body is lost due to the factthat the position, with large stress, of the wall body is damaged in advance is avoided.
本发明涉及一种分段自复位摇摆墙及施工方法,包括设在基础上的摇摆墙本体,摇摆墙本体由至少两层摇摆墙基体由下至上依次连接而成,摇摆墙基体上沿纵向预埋有若干预留孔道,基座上开设有与预留孔道相配合的通孔,预留孔道内穿设有预应力筋,预应力筋两端装有锚具,摇摆墙基体下端预埋钢棒,预埋钢棒下端由摇摆墙基体伸出,基础、除最顶层的摇摆墙基体外的其余摇摆墙基体的上侧面上均预埋有能与预埋钢棒插接的预埋钢帽,最下层的摇摆墙基体前后两侧与基础经耗能件连接,本摇摆墙采用分段式设计,单体尺寸小运输吊装方便,能减小整体结构的地震反应,有效地减小地震中摇摆墙墙体的内力,避免墙体受力较大处提前发生破坏丧失墙体的有效性。
