The invention discloses a micro-prestress self-resetting wall provided with self-resetting variable friction dampers and a construction method thereof. The micro-prestress self-resetting wall comprises a foundation beam, a plurality of horizontal wall bodies arranged on the foundation beam and prestressed tendons penetrating through the horizontal wall bodies and the foundation beam and connectingthe horizontal wall bodies with the foundation beam, and variable friction dampers are arranged among the plurality of horizontal wall bodies and between the horizontal wall bodies and the foundationbeam for connection and fixation. The construction method comprises the steps that during construction, prestressed tendon channels are reserved on the foundation beam, middle friction plates are arranged on the foundation beam, inner friction plates or middle friction plates are arranged on the corresponding plurality of horizontal wall bodies, the plurality of horizontal wall bodies are connected and fixed, the horizontal wall bodies and the foundation beam are connected and fixed, and micro-tensioning is performed after the prestressed tendons are arranged. According to the self-resettingwall, under the action of an earthquake, the variable friction dampers arranged among the wall bodies and between the wall bodies and the foundation beam can consume a large amount of earthquake motion input energy through friction, self-resetting of the variable friction dampers can be achieved, and self-resetting force can be further provided to eliminate residual deformation of the wall bodiesin combination with arrangement of the prestressed tendons.
