The invention discloses an assembly type prefabricated steel bar truss non-dismantling formwork system. The system is characterized by involving a prefabricated integral formwork, at least one steel bar truss and a non-dismantling formwork compatible with concrete, wherein the prefabricated integral formwork comprises transverse steel components and longitudinal steel components, and the transverse steel components and the longitudinal steel components are welded into a frame; the lower surface of the welded prefabricated integral framework is a reference plane; the at least one steel bar truss is in lap joint to the upper surface of the prefabricated integral formwork along the direction of the transverse steel components or the longitudinal steel components; lower chord bars of the at least one steel bar truss are in lap joint to the upper surface of the prefabricated integral formwork, and are fixedly connected with the prefabricated integral formwork through welding or binding; thenon-dismantling formwork is laid on the reference plane side of the prefabricated integral formwork; and the non-dismantling formwork is fixedly connected with the prefabricated integral formwork through a fastener. The invention further discloses a manufacturing method of the non-dismantling formwork system. The assembly type prefabricated steel bar truss non-dismantling formwork system has theadvantages of being simple in structure, convenient to machine, capable of improving construction efficiency, good in rigidity and the like.
