Mortise and tenon environmental-friendly brick and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a mortise and tenon environmental-friendly brick and a manufacturing method thereof. The mortise and tenon environmental-friendly brick comprises a brick body, an insertion rodand an insertion block, wherein the brick body comprises a first brick body. The first brick body comprises a first wall and a second wall which are parallel to each other and are opposite to each other as well as a third wall and a four wall which are parallel to each other and are opposite to each other; the first and second walls are arranged horizontally; the third and fourth walls are arranged vertically; the first wall is provided with a first slot; the second wall is provided with a second slot; the first and second slots are horizontally formed; and the insertion rod is inserted intoadjacent two layers of first brick bodies, that is, the insertion rod is simultaneously inserted into the second slot of the upper-layer first brick body and the first slot of the lower-layer first brick body. Due to unique structures of the slots and the insertion rod, the insertion rod can fix the two adjacent layers of first brick bodies to each other, that is, a wall can be built without usingmortar.
