Tailings brick processing technology and processed mortise and tenon brick
The invention discloses a tailings brick processing technology, a processed mortise and tenon brick and a processing technology. The processing technology comprises the steps of first, raw material preparation; second, raw material smashing; third, proportioning; fourth, stirring; fifth, steam curing and sixth, packaging and warehousing. The mortise and tenon brick comprises a brick body of a hollow structure. The brick body comprises a first mortise and tenon structure and a second mortise and tenon structure. The first mortise and tenon structure comprises side tenons and side mortises, wherein the side tenons and the side mortises are arranged on the two opposite side faces of the brick body. The second mortise and tenon structure comprises convex tenons part and convex tenon mortises,wherein the convex tenons are arranged on the top of a chamber in the brick body and protrude outwards. The convex tenon mortises are formed in the bottom of the chamber of the brick body, and the convex tenon mortises and the convex tenons are correspondingly arranged. According to the tailings brick processing technology and the processed mortise and tenon brick, the problem that because traditional bricks and tiles are made of by baked loess, land and environment are destroyed and land resources are wasted is solved; and the tailings are made use of by making the bricks with the tailings ina steam curing manner, so that the land is protected.
