The invention discloses an auxiliary stair armrest for fire escape. The auxiliary stair armrest comprises a stairway. An armrest fixed rod in fixed connection is arranged on the upper side of the stairway. An armrest in fixed connection is arranged on the upper end face of the armrest fixed rod. A slide mechanism is arranged on the left side of the armrest fixed rod and comprises a stairway boardfixedly connected with the upper end face of the stairway. A slide fixed block in fixed connection is arranged on the upper end face of the stairway board. A slide rotating sliding cavity is arrangedin the slide fixed block. A slide check block in sliding connection is arranged in the slide rotating sliding cavity. Escape is achieved through a rotatable sliding board designed on the armrest, thesliding board is used as a baffle in daily use and achieves a blocking function, when disasters happen, the baffle can be put down, a belt is arranged on the lower side of the baffle, and the baffle can slide on the stairway; and a safety belt is arranged on the armrest, rolling over can be avoided, when the speed is too high, the safety belt can achieve speed reduction, and the aim of rapid escape is achieved.
