Floor and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a floor. The floor comprises a substrate layer, a balance layer, an impregnated decorative layer and a wear resistant layer which are bonded in sequence, wherein the substratelayer is made of a glass magnesium board; the balance layer and the impregnated decorative layer are bonded to two opposite side faces of the substrate layer respectively; and the wear resistant layeris bonded to the surface, which is not bonded to the substrate layer, of the impregnated decorative layer. The invention also discloses a manufacturing method of the floor. The method comprises the following steps of providing the wear resistant layer, the impregnated decorative layer, the substrate layer and the balance layer which are arranged in sequence; and performing hot pressing laminationon the wear resistant layer, the impregnated decorative layer, the substrate layer and the balance layer. The floor disclosed by the invention not only has high scratch resistance and wear resistance, but also has high waterproofness and fireproof performance, and is not liable to be affected with damp and deform.
本文公开了一种地板，其包括依次接合的由玻镁板制成的基材层，分别接合在所述基材层的相对的两个侧面上的平衡层和浸渍装饰层，以及接合在所述浸渍装饰层的未与所述基材层接合的表面上的耐磨层。本文还公开了制备上述地板的方法，其包括提供依次布置的所述耐磨层、所述浸渍装饰层、所述基材层以及所述平衡层，并对上述耐磨层、浸渍装饰层、基材层以及平衡层进行热压贴合。本发明的地板不仅具有良好的耐刮、耐磨性能，还兼具良好的防水防火性能，并且不易受潮变形。
