Fabricated lifting scaffold and construction method thereof
The invention provides a fabricated lifting scaffold and a construction method thereof. The fabricated lifting scaffold comprises a wall body connecting structure, vertical rod groups, scaffold floors, bottom trusses, triangle supports, and protective nets. The wall body connecting structure comprises wall-attached supporting bases and guiding rails. The vertical rod groups comprise a first vertical rod group and a second vertical rod group. The first vertical rod group and the second vertical rod group each comprises at least two vertical rods arranged in a spaced mode. Each of the vertical rods is formed by connecting at least two connecting sections. The construction method includes the fabricating steps and the removing steps; the fabricating steps are that the wall body connecting structure and the vertical rods on the first floor are installed; the scaffold floor, a plate turning component, a blocking plate all on the first floor, and the scaffold floor on the second floor are installed; and the rest floors of the scaffold are installed in turn; the removing steps are that preparations for removing are made; the scaffold is removed from top to bottom in the order that the triangle supports, the protective nets, the scaffold floors, the plate turning components, and the vertical rods. The fabricated lifting scaffold is simple in structure, easy to assemble, suitable for different storey buildings, low in cost, and can improve efficiency and protect the environment with low carbon.
本发明提供了一种装配式升降脚手架及其施工方法,装配式升降脚手架包括:墙体连接结构、立杆组、脚手板、底部桁架、三角支撑及防护网,墙体连接结构包括附墙支座及导轨,立杆组包括第一立杆组及第二立杆组,第一立杆组和第二立杆组均包括至少两间隔设置的立杆,各立杆均由至少两连接段拼接形成。施工方法包括装配步骤:安装墙体连接结构及第一层的立杆,铺设第一层的脚手板、翻板组件、挡板和第二层的脚手板;依次安装脚手架的剩余层部分;拆除步骤:拆除准备,自上而下地按三角支撑、防护网、脚手板、有翻板组件、立杆的顺序对脚手架进行拆除。本方案的脚手架结构更加简单、装配方便、适于不同层高建筑,成本低,能提升效率,低碳环保。
