Double-sided formwork for deformation joint and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a double-sided formwork for a deformation joint and a construction method thereof in the technical field of double-sided formworks. The double-sided formwork comprises a left prefabricated steel formwork and a right prefabricated steel formwork, wherein a lifting driving rod is vertically arranged between the left prefabricated steel formwork and the right prefabricated steel formwork; two opening and closing connecting plates are hinged to a plurality of different height positions on the lifting driving rod through first pin shaft bolts; the two opening and closing connecting plates are hinged to the left prefabricated steel formwork and the right prefabricated steel formwork through second pin shaft bolts; a handle limiting baffle and an adjusting screw rod are fixedly arranged at the top of the left prefabricated steel formwork or the right prefabricated steel formwork; and the top end of the adjusting screw rod is in threaded connection with an adjusting handle and a positioning nut. The double-sided formwork for the deformation joint is made of steel plates, is high in rigidity, not prone to deformation, tight in abutted seam and good in concrete forming quality, can be controlled to be unfolded and folded from the outer side, does not need to be operated by an operator in the deformation joint, is safe and efficient in construction, can be repeatedly used, saves the cost and does not generate construction waste.
