The invention provides an ecological water-permeable parking space based on a sunken greenbelt. The ecological water-permeable parking space comprises a sunken greenbelt zone and an ecological water-permeable parking zone, wherein the sunken greenbelt zone and the ecological water-permeable parking zone are adjacent and are independently arranged above an original soil layer. The invention also provides an ecological water-permeable parking lot based on the sunken greenbelt. The ecological water-permeable parking lot comprises a plurality of above parking spaces, wherein the plurality of parking spaces are connected in parallel. According to the ecological water-permeable parking space and parking lot based on the sunken greenbelt, a sponge parking space is optimized and regulated, the sunken greenbelt and the water-permeable parking spaces are organically combined so as to simultaneously realize three functions, including a sponge-like function, a greening function and a parking function, in a limited space, and a contradiction among runoff rainwater elimination on the spot, a greening rate and ground parking in a place is resolved. The sponge parking space provided by the invention is small in forms, places can be utilized to a maximum degree, rainwater can be eliminated on the spot, an annual runoff total amount control rate is improved, a source control benefit is enhanced,and end treatment pressure of sponge city construction is reduced.
