The invention provides a synchronous lifting and transmitting device for a mechanical stereo garage. The synchronous lifting and transmitting device comprises a foundation plate, wherein the right side of the top of the foundation plate is fixedly provided with fixing blocks which are oppositely arranged; the opposite surfaces of the fixing blocks are independently fixedly provided with a first electric telescopic rod; the extending end of each first electric telescopic rod is fixedly provided with a slope plate; the front part and the rear part of the foundation plate are independently fixedly provided with a side plate; a second electric telescopic rod is independently fixedly installed above the inner walls of two sides of each side plate; through a fourth electric telescopic rod, a sliding block is pushed to slide on a sliding rod to enable a scaling device to leftwards move and open; and an extending plate is movably installed in a scaling pouring jacket, the straight tooth of a gear is cooperated to drive so as to enable the scaling pouring jacket to extend out from the scaling pouring jacket, so that when a bottom vehicle can not be driven out, and the scaling device can form a temporary inclined road for an upper vehicle to be driven out from the left side of equipment.
