The invention provides a clamping arm mechanism for a three-dimensional garage carrier. The clamping arm mechanism comprises a base, wherein hydraulic rods are fixed at four corners of the top of thebase; an adjusting seat is fixed at the top of the hydraulic rods; clamping arm seats are symmetrically arranged at the top of the adjusting seat; sliding grooves are symmetrically formed in the top of the adjusting seat; sliding blocks are fixed at the bottoms, corresponding to the sliding grooves, of the clamping arm seat; screw rods penetrate through the sliding grooves; one ends of the screw rods penetrate through the sliding blocks and the adjusting seat to extend to the outside; and a first motor is installed at one end, close to the screw rods, of the adjusting seat. According to the clamping arm mechanism for the three-dimensional garage carrier, when an automobile tire is clamped through a clamping arm, the contact area between the clamping arm and the automobile tire can be increased through a clamping groove in a curved surface shape, meanwhile, the friction between the clamping arm and the tire is increased through a convex block, the relative position between the clampingarm and the automobile tire is avoided, and thus the clamping arm can stably clamp the tire.
