Mounting method of tower type exhaust cylinder
The invention relates to a mounting method of a tower type exhaust cylinder. The mounting method is characterized in that a tower and an exhaust cylinder are prefabricated in sections to form a plurality of tower sections and exhaust cylinder sections; the first tower section at the lower part is hoisted, and then the first exhaust cylinder section at the top is positively hoisted in place; a cylinder body lifting device is assembled on the first exhaust cylinder section at the top, the first exhaust cylinder section at the top is lifted, and the second exhaust cylinder section is installed atthe bottom of the first exhaust cylinder section at the top; subsequent exhaust cylinder sections are installed through the cylinder body lifting device in a reverse installation mode; the tower sections are hoisted by adopting a forward installation method along with the installation of the exhaust cylinder within the hoisting height range of a crane; and after the hoisting height of the crane is exceeded, a lifting device is arranged at the top of the installed exhaust cylinder, and the rest tower sections are hoisted through the lifting device. According to the construction method, the forward installation and reverse installation are combined, so that large components on the lower portion of the tower can be lifted and assembled on the ground in advance, and hoisting is carried out inpieces after segmentation according to the height. In this way, it can be guaranteed that the large components assembled on the ground have enough construction precision, and error accumulation during high-altitude assembly is reduced.
本发明涉及一种塔架式排气筒的安装方法,其特征在于,塔架和排气筒分段预制,形成若干段塔架节段和排气筒节段;先吊装下部第一段塔架,再将顶部第一段排气筒正装吊装到位;在顶部第一段排气筒上组装筒体提升装置,提升所述顶部第一段排气筒并将在其底部安装顶部第二端排气筒节段;后续排气筒筒体节段,利用筒体提升装置通过倒装法安装完成;在吊车吊装高度范围内随着排气筒的安装采用正装法吊装塔架节段;超出吊车吊装高度后,在已安装完成的排气筒顶部设置提升装置,通过提升装置吊装剩余塔架节段。本发明采用正装倒装相结合的施工方法,使塔架下部的大型构件可以提前在地面放样组装,根据高度分段后,成片进行吊装。这样可以保证在地面组装的大型构件可以有足够的施工精度,减少高空拼装时的误差累积。
