The automatic door opening and closing device comprises a driving motor, and a transmission system, wherein an input end of the transmission system is coupled to an output shaft of the driving motor, an output end of the transmission system is coupled to a door shaft, and the transmission system is provided with a transmission link to conduct output torque of the driving motor to the door shaft; and an engaging and disengaging mechanism is arranged on the transmission link of the transmission system. Through the scheme provided by the automatic door opening and closing device, when a door is subjected to external force, the transmission link between the door and the driving motor can be automatically disconnected, so that it is ensured that a user cannot be influenced by resistance brought by the automatic door opening and closing device when manually opening and closing the door while the automatic door opening and closing function is realized, and the user experience is optimized.
