The invention discloses a leaking stoppage grouting and reinforcing construction method of a tunnel and subway arched structure. The technological process sequentially comprises the steps of base layer cleanup, grouting portion checking, hole distribution, hole drilling, hole cleaning and protection, nozzle distribution, grout preparation, grouting and repeated checking of grouting, solidificationand nozzle dismounting. For the problems that waterproof layers of subway shield segments or/and tunnel walls are damaged by water pressure, and water leaking or water burst is generated, a solidification body novel in structure, large in strength, high in waterproof performance and good in chemical stability is formed, the watertightness and bearing capacity of a foundation are improved, and itis ensured that subway shield segments or/and tunnel walls do not suffer from impacting of water pressure; and after construction is completed, through observation of 48-72 h, no water seeps from subway shield segments or/and tunnel walls, and therefore the effect that no seepage and no leaking happen can be achieved completely.
本发明公开了隧道、地铁拱形结构堵漏灌浆及加固施工方法,工艺流程依次为:基层清理→核对灌浆部位→布孔→钻孔→清孔、护孔→布嘴→配置浆液→灌浆,反复检查灌浆→固结→拆嘴;针对水压对地铁盾构管片或/和隧道墙体防水层造成破坏,产生渗漏水或涌水问题,形成一个结构新、强度大、防水性能高和化学稳定良好的“结石体”,达到提高地基的不透水性和承载力,确保地铁盾构管片或和隧道墙体不受水压的冲击,施工完成后,经过48~72小时观察地铁盾构管片或/和隧道墙体无水渗出,从而能够完全达到不渗不漏的效果。
