Portable oxygen generator capable of synchronously releasing negative ions
The invention discloses a portable oxygen generator which comprises a machine body and an oxygen separation column arranged in the machine body, and the oxygen separation column is prepared by uniformly mixing molecular sieve spheres and anion ceramic spheres in proportion, and performing filling, pressing and sealing; wherein the negative ion ceramic pellets are prepared by mixing 40-60 wt% of kaolin, 10-20 wt% of negative ion powder and 20-40 wt% of rare earth metal oxide powder, adding kaolin, negative ion powder and rare earth metal oxide powder into a ball mill for ball milling and pelletizing to prepare ceramic pellets, putting the ceramic pellets into a kiln, heating the kiln, preserving heat, and cooling and discharging the prodcut to obtain the negative ion ceramic pellets; and mixing the molecular sieve spheres with the anion ceramic spheres, filling the mixture into a column tube, and pressing the mixture into a columnar oxygen separation column. Without changing the condition that the size and the structure of an oxygen separation column of an existing oxygen generator, the negative ion generation function is added, no space is occupied, manufacturing is simplified, andthe use cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种能同步释放出负离子的便携式制氧机,它包括机体和设置在机体内的氧分离柱,氧分离柱由分子筛小球和负离子陶瓷小球按比例混合均匀,再填充压制密封制成,所述负离子陶瓷小球由40~60wt%的高岭土、10~20wt%的负离子粉、20~40wt%的稀土金属氧化物粉末混合,将高岭土、负离子粉和稀土金属氧化物粉末加入球磨机中球磨、团球,制成陶瓷小球后置入窑炉中,加热保温冷却出炉,制成负离子陶瓷小球,将分子筛小球与负离子陶瓷小球混合后,填充到柱管中并压制成柱状成氧分离柱。本发明在现有制氧机不改变氧分离柱尺寸和结构的前体下,不仅增加了负离子发生功能,且不占用空间,简化制造,降低了使用成本。
