System and method for co-processing landfill leachate and incineration fly ash
The invention discloses a system and a method for co-processing landfill leachate and incineration fly ash, and belongs to the technical field of innocent treatment of high-concentration organic wasteliquid and dangerous solid waste. The treatment system comprises: a leachate treatment device, a softening device, an immersion combustion evaporation device and a co-treatment device. According to the treatment system and method disclosed by the invention, the hardness of the membrane concentrated solution is further reduced by adopting a coagulation softening process on the basis of improving the effluent quality of the MBR and reducing the pollutant content of the membrane concentrated solution by strengthening the leachate pretreatment process, and the membrane concentrated solution is subjected to efficient reduction treatment by virtue of the submerged combustion evaporator; the amount of evaporation residual liquid is matched with the amount of treated fly ash by controlling the concentration ratio; and finally, full-scale treatment of the evaporation residual liquid of the membrane concentrated liquid and the fly ash is jointly achieved through chelation. The system and the method have important significance in treatment of percolate and the fly ash of an incineration plant.
本发明公开了一种垃圾渗滤液和焚烧飞灰协同处理的系统及方法,属于高浓度有机废液和危险固体废弃物无害化处理技术领域。该处理系统包括渗滤液处理装置、软化装置、浸没燃烧蒸发装置和协同处理装置。本发明的处理系统及方法通过强化渗滤液预处理过程,在提高MBR出水水质,降低膜浓缩液污染物含量的基础上,采用混凝软化工艺进一步降低膜浓缩液硬度,并通过浸没燃烧蒸发器对膜浓缩液进行高效减量化处理,通过控制浓缩倍率使得蒸发残液水量与处理飞灰量相匹配,最终通过螯合使得膜浓缩液蒸发残液与飞灰共同实现全量化处理,该系统及方法对于焚烧厂渗滤液及飞灰的处理有着重要意义。
