Landfill leachate treatment method
The invention discloses a landfill leachate treatment method. The method comprises the following steps: preheating a cement raw material in a C1C5 cyclone at one time, and heating the preheated cementraw material in a decomposition furnace to a high temperature for decomposition; putting the raw material into a smoke chamber for calcining and decomposing, and putting the material into a rotary kiln for continuously calcining to obtain a mature material; putting the clinker into a cooling device, spraying percolate to the middle part of the clinker, introducing cold air into the bottom of thecooling device, and absorbing and vaporizing the percolate by utilizing the high temperature of the clinker while carrying out dual cooling on the clinker; and placing the vaporized percolate in aconveyor, conveying the percolate to a clinker, after the percolate is vaporized through the clinker, and enabling the percolate to flow back to the rotary kiln, the smoke chamber and the decomposing furnace in sequence along with the introduced gas, wherein the direction of the gas is opposite to the direction of the material until the percolate flows out. According to the method, by reducing the influence of leachate on the secondary air temperature of the rotary kiln and the temperature of the decomposing furnace, the pulverized coal combustion efficiency is improved, the kiln condition is stabilized, long and thick kiln skins and kiln tail crusts in the kiln are reduced, the kiln production quality is improved, and the coal consumption is reduced.
本发明公开了一种垃圾渗滤液的处理方法,包括以下步骤:将水泥生料一次经过C1‑C5旋风筒中进行预热后,进入分解炉中加热至高温进行分解;将生料置于烟室中煅烧分解后,物料进入回转窑中继续煅烧成熟料;将熟料置于冷却装置中,向熟料的中部喷射渗滤液,并在冷却装置的底部通入冷风,对熟料进行双重冷却的同时,利用熟料的高温对的渗滤液进行吸收并汽化;置于输送机输送至熟料库,渗滤液通过熟料汽化后,跟随通入的气体一起依次回流至回转窑、烟室和分解炉中,气体的方向与物料方向相反至流出。本发明方法通过减少渗滤液对回转窑二次风温、分解炉温度的影响,提高煤粉燃烧效率,稳定窑况,减少窑内长厚窑皮及窑尾结皮,提高窑产质量且降低煤耗。
