Antioxidant high-bending-resistance hearth castable and production method thereof
The invention discloses an antioxidant high-bending-resistance hearth castable and a production method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of refractory materials. The castable comprises whitecorundum particles, fused magnesite, calcium aluminate cement, aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide micro powder, an antioxidant, a stabilizer and other raw materials. The production method comprises thefollowing steps: (1) weighing and mixing the raw materials to obtain a material I; (2) mixing the material I, calcium aluminate cement, aluminum oxide and silicon dioxide micro powder to obtain a material II; (3) adding water into the material II, stirring the material, mounting a mold, pouring the material, and airing and molding the material; (4) disassembling the mold to obtain a formed castable, and placing the castable in a dry place for natural maintenance; and (6) carrying out baking treatment on the naturally cured castable. Compared with the prior art, the castable produced by the invention has good performance advantages, the volume density, linear change rate, flexural strength, compressive strength and other test parameters show significant differences, and the castable is a high-quality antioxidant high-flexural-strength hearth castable.
本发明公开了一种抗氧化高抗折炉缸浇注料及其生产方法,属于耐火材料技术领域。所述浇注料包括白刚玉颗粒、电熔镁砂、铝酸钙水泥、三氧化二铝、二氧化硅微粉、抗氧化剂、稳定剂等原料;其生产方法如下:(1)称取并混合,得到物料一;(3)将物料一、铝酸钙水泥、三氧化二铝、二氧化硅微粉混合,得到物料二;(4)将物料二加水搅拌,安装模具,接着浇注,晾干成型;(5)拆卸模具,得到成型的浇注料,并置于干燥处自然养护;(6)将自然养护后的浇注料进行烘烤处理。与现有技术相比,本发明生产的浇注料具有良好的性能优势,体积密度、线变化率、抗折强度及抗压强度等试验参数均体现了显著性差异,为优质的抗氧化高抗折炉缸浇注料。
