Special castable for boiler fluidized bed hearth and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a special castable for a boiler fluidized bed hearth and a preparation method thereof. The castable is prepared from 50-70% of special bauxite, 10-20% of sub-white corundum, 8-15% of silicon carbide micro powder, 4-8% of zirconite, 5-10% of a wear-resistant agent, 3-7% of silicon micro powder, 3-5% of alpha alumina micro powder, 3-7% of a binding agent, 0.07-0.1% of explosion-proof fibers, 0.1-0.15% of a water reducer, 0.06-0.12% of a flowing agent, 0.003-0.01% of a coagulant and 0.07-0.1% of a quick drying agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps of:a, weighing the used raw materials in proportion, adding the weighed raw materials into a stirring pot, carrying out dry stirring for 1-2 minutes, then adding 4.5-5.5% of water, carrying out wet stirring for 3 minutes, measuring a flow value, enabling the flow value to be 60-90, adjusting the adding amount of water when the flow value cannot reach 60-90, adding 5mL of water each time, carrying out pouring when the flow value reaches the standard, and vibrating for 30-60 seconds until there are no bubbles and the surface bleeds; and b, placing a small sample for 24 hours, removing the mold andmaintaining for 24 hours, drying at 110 DEG C and roasting at 1100 DEG C, and making various related indexes.
