Green sand slurry processing method
The invention discloses a processing method of green sand slurry. The processing method comprises the following steps: (1) burdening: metering green sand and water according to a preset proportion; (2) ball milling: feeding the weighed green sand and water into a ball mill to obtain green sand slurry A; (3) iron removal: enabling the green sand slurry A to pass through a permanent magnet iron removal unit to obtain green sand slurry B, and enabling the green sand slurry B to pass through a strong magnetic iron removal unit to obtain green sand slurry C; (4) dehydration: dehydrating the green sand slurry C to obtain a green sand slurry finished product; and (5) storage: sending the green sand slurry finished product into a finished product slurry pool for storage. The processing method comprises the following steps: carrying out two times of magnetic iron removal on ball-milled slurry to remove most of the iron agent in the slurry, and dehydrating the iron-removed slurry to obtain the finished product slurry. The permanent magnet deironing machine is adopted for primary deironing, then the strong magnetic deironing machine is adopted for secondary deironing, and the processing method is high in deironing efficiency and suitable for large-scale ceramic production.
