The invention discloses a building template material which is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of carboxyl vinyl modified 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroterephthalic acid/2,6-diaminopurine polycondensate, 15-20 parts of N-trimethoxysilicylpropyl-N,N,N-trimethylammonium chloride modified glass fiber, 0.5-1.5 parts of methyl vinyl silafluorene, 2-4parts of vinyl polyurethane and 0.5-1.5 parts of initiator. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the building template material. The building template material disclosed by the invention is excellent in comprehensive performance, excellent in mechanical property, weather resistance and flame retardance, good in environmental protection property and processing fluidity and long inservice life.
本发明公开了一种建筑模板材料,其特征在于,包括按重量份计的如下原料制成:羧基乙烯基改性2,3,5,6‑四氟对苯二甲酸/2,6‑二氨基嘌呤缩聚物70‑80份、氮位‑三甲氧基硅基丙基‑氮,氮,氮位‑三甲基氯化铵改性玻璃纤维15‑20份、甲基乙烯基硅芴0.5‑1.5份、乙烯基聚氨酯2‑4份、引发剂0.5‑1.5份。本发明还公开了所述建筑模板材料的制备方法。本发明公开的建筑模板材料综合性能佳,机械力学性能、耐候性和阻燃性佳,环保性和加工流动性好,使用寿命长。
