High-performance building template and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-performance building template and a preparation method thereof, and the high-performance building template is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 10-15 parts of a plasticizer, 3-6 parts of a lubricant, 5-15 parts of modified inorganic fibers, 10-15 parts of a filler, 20-40 parts of modified wood flour masterbatch and 4-8 parts of a stabilizer. According to the high-performance building template provided by the invention, the toughness and the strength of the template are improved by adding the modified inorganic fibers, however, the overall hardness of the material is reduced due to the plasticizer and the lubricant added in the PVC processing process, and meanwhile, the compatibility of the wood powder and the PVC material is relatively poor, so that the wood powder is modified, and the PMMA material is introduced, so that the toughness and the strength of the template are improved. The overall hardness of the material is improved, so that the prepared building template still has relatively good mechanical strength and impact resistance after being repeatedly used for multiple times, is smooth in surface and has a good application prospect.
本发明公开了一种高性能建筑模板及其制备方法,按重量份计,由以下原料制成:聚氯乙烯100份、增塑剂10‑15份、润滑剂3‑6份、改性无机纤维5‑15份、填料10‑15份、改性木粉母粒20‑40份、稳定剂4‑8份。本发明提供的高性能建筑模板,通过加入改性无机纤维,提高了模板的韧性和强度,但是由于PVC加工过程中加入的增塑剂和润滑剂,导致材料整体硬度降低,同时由于木粉与PVC材料相容性较差,所以通过对木粉进行改性,并引入PMMA材料,提高了材料的整体硬度,使制得的建筑模板多次重复使用后,依然具有较好的力学强度和抗冲击性能变,且表面平整,具有良好的应用前景。
