The invention discloses a construction process for minimally invasive repair of a wear-resistant concrete ground, which belongs to the technical field of concrete pavement repair and comprises a series of procedures of milling operation, joint cutting, floating dust removal, ground cleaning, interface agent brushing, high-strength grouting material filling, construction of a minimally invasive repair wear-resistant concrete surface layer, construction of a penetrant and injection of caulking glue into an expansion joint. The surface of the concrete pavement is repaired and maintained. In the construction process, an interface agent is adopted to improve the bonding capacity of a pavement base material and a concrete minimally invasive repairing wear-resisting surface layer, high-strength grouting materials are adopted for filling, the repaired concrete ground is firm in structure and not prone to damage, and a penetrating agent is adopted to enable the repairing materials to penetrateinto the position below the concrete pavement. Pavement usability is recovered. Meanwhile, gaps of the pavement are sealed, tiny cracks of the pavement are healed, and the adopted repairing material is high in adaptability, early in strength, rapid in hardening, good in durability, excellent in volume stability, good in environmental compatibility and simple in construction process.
