The invention discloses a wear-resistant concrete ground construction process, and belongs to the technical field of concrete construction. The construction process comprises the following steps that a base layer is subjected to cleaning, polishing, flattening and wetting treatment; steel bars are laid on the qualified base layer, and a formwork is installed; the concrete is uniformly paved in the formwork, then vibrating is carried out, and the concrete is leveled after the vibrating is finished, wherein the concrete comprises the following components of cement, fly ash, slag, water, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, a water reducing agent and soybean isoflavone methacrylate super absorbent resin; after the concrete is initially set, the wear-resistant aggregate is uniformly spread on the surface of the concrete in two times, and then polishing is carried out; and the wear-resistant aggregate is covered with a plastic film for maintenance after the wear-resistant aggregate is spread. According to the construction process, a wear-resistant concrete floor has good cracking resistance and mechanical properties, and the wear resistance is further improved.
