Suspender structure of high-speed railway arch bridge
The invention relates to the technical field of arch bridge equipment, in particular to a suspender structure of a high-speed railway arch bridge. The structure comprises a bridge deck extrusion component, a lower propping fixing component, a supporting suspension component, an adjusting sliding column device, a lifting power device, a fixed power device, a processing lifting vehicle component, aconnecting telescopic cavity component and a lifting extrusion plate component; the distance between two telescopic sliding plates I and the two telescopic sliding plates II is adjusted according to the width of an arch bridge, a bridge floor is placed between the middle end plate and the bottom fixing plate, the bottom of the device is fixed to the bridge floor through the four connecting bolts,and the heights of a front telescopic sliding plate III and a rear telescopic sliding plate III are adjusted according to the height of the arch bridge, so that two top fixed plates make contact withthe upper portion of the arch bridge, and the upper portion of the device is fixed to the arch bridge; therefore, a worker can stand on the right-angle plate, the right-angle plate can be driven to move up and down through rotation of the lifting lead screw, and the damaged hanging rod can be conveniently detached, and a new hanging rod can be well installed.
本发明涉及拱桥设备技术领域,更具体的说是一种高速铁路拱桥的吊杆结构,包括桥面挤压构件、下方顶靠固定构件、支撑悬架构件、调整滑柱装置、升降动力装置、固定动力装置、加工升降车构件、连接伸缩腔体构件和升降挤压板构件,根据拱桥的宽度,调整两个伸缩滑板I和两个伸缩滑板II之间的距离,把桥面放置到中端板和底固定板之间,利用四个连接螺栓把本装置的底部固定在桥面上,在根据拱桥的高度,调整前后两组伸缩滑板III的高度,让两个顶固板与拱桥的上方接触并把本装置的上方固定在拱桥上,这样工人可站立在直角板上,利用升降丝杠的转动可带动直角板进行上下移动,这样方便把损坏的吊杆拆除并把新的吊杆安装好。
