Perforated plate anti-shearing connector
The invention discloses a perforated plate anti-shearing connector. The connector includes a steel web, an upper flange plate and a lower flange plate which are vertically welded to the edges of the upper side and the lower side of the steel web respectively, longitudinal perforated rib plates which are welded to the upper flange plate, an L-shaped perforated angle steel which is welded to the lower flange plate and linearly arranged, a penetrating steel bar which penetrates through openings of the L-shaped angle steel, and U-shaped steel bars which are arranged on the two sides of the L-shaped angle steel perforated plate, and horizontal reinforcing steel bars which are arranged at the openings of the longitudinal perforated rib plates. By the adoption of the longitudinal rib plates withthe round holes and the hole channels and the L-shaped angle steel connecting pieces, when penetrating reinforcing steel bars, U-shaped reinforcing steel bars and horizontal reinforcing steel bars arearranged, the reinforcing steel bars can be arranged at the hole positions along the hole channels, positioning and binding of the reinforcing steel bars during construction are facilitated, and efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种开孔板抗剪连接件,包括钢腹板、分别垂直焊接于钢腹板上下两侧边缘的上翼缘板与下翼缘板、焊接于上翼缘板上的纵向开孔肋板、焊接于下翼缘板上线性排布的开孔L形角钢、穿过L形角钢开孔的贯穿钢筋、布置于L形角钢开孔板两侧的U形钢筋、布置于纵向开孔肋板开孔处的水平钢筋。本发明采用开圆孔及孔道的纵向肋板及L形角钢连接件,使得布置贯穿钢筋、U形钢筋和水平钢筋时,能够沿孔道将钢筋布置于开孔处,便于施工时钢筋的定位和绑扎,提高了效率。
