Connecting structure for segmental prefabricated assembled pier combination and construction method
A connecting structure for segment prefabricated assembly type pier combination is provided with a pier column and a base; wherein the pier column is composed of a first segment and a second segment,the bottom of the first segment is connected with the base, the top of the first segment is connected with the bottom of the second segment, and pipelines are embedded in the first segment and the second segment respectively. A connecting steel bar and a prestressed tendon are arranged in the pipeline, a shear key is preset at the top of the first section, a mud jacking pipe is preset at the bottom, a shear key groove shear key arranged at the bottom of the second section is matched with the shear key for use, one end of the prestressed tendon is tensioned at the top end of the second section,and the other end is anchored with the base; one end of connecting steel bar is fixedly connected with top of second section, and the other end is mechanically connected and fixed with joint steel bar. According to the pier constructed through the structure, the construction tolerance is large, the precision requirement is low, the pier can be suitable for multi-section and large-section pier assembly, the shear capacity is high, and the cost is low; meanwhile, the prefabricated assembled pier can meet the anti-seismic requirement of a high-seismic area, residual displacement is reduced, andpost-seismic repair of the assembled pier is facilitated.
一种用于节段预制拼装式桥墩组合的连接结构,具有墩柱和基座,所述墩柱由第一节段、第二节段组成,第一节段的底部与基座连接,第一节段的顶部与第二节段的底部连接,所述第一节段和第二节段内分别预埋管道,管道内分别设有连接钢筋和预应力束,第一节段的顶部预设剪力键,底部预设压浆管,第二节段底部设有的剪力键槽剪力键相配合使用,预应力束一端在第二节段顶端张拉,另一端与基座锚固;连接钢筋的一端与第二节段顶部固定连接,另一端与接头钢筋机械连接固定,采用上述结构施工的桥墩,施工容差大、精度要求低,可适用多节段、大断面桥墩拼装抗剪能力强,成本低;同时,可使预制拼装式桥墩适用于高震区的抗震需求,减少残余位移,有利于拼装墩的震后修复。
