According to the upper connecting structure, the performance of the ultra-high performance concrete can be exerted; the ultra-high performance concrete is high in strength and good in viscosity with the steel bars, the bearing capacity of the structure can be improved, the anchoring and lap joint length of the steel bars can be shortened, the size of wet joints can be as small as possible, and the hoisting weight can be reduced; bridge construction is accelerated by utilizing the characteristics of rapid hardening and early strength of the ultra-high performance concrete, and the construction period is shortened; the high-performance concrete has characteristics of good impermeability, strong durability and the like so that the influence of an external bad environment on the pier component is reduced.
