The invention relates to an anti-collision guardrail construction trolley, a construction method and an engineering supervision platform. The trolley comprises a supporting part, a balance weight partand a standing table. An automatic walking system is arranged on the lower side of the supporting part, a hydraulic adjusting and formwork folding and unfolding system is further connected with the supporting part, the hydraulic adjusting and formwork folding and unfolding system comprises at least one hydraulic adjusting subsystem, each hydraulic adjusting subsystem comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder part and a formwork part, and the hydraulic oil cylinder parts are connected with the formwork parts. The construction method comprises the steps of first-stage trial operation model building and second-stage conventional operation. The engineering supervision platform comprises a plurality of crash barrier construction trolleys, a plurality of construction site control centers, an engineering research and development center and a safety supervision center. According to the anti-collision guardrail construction trolley, the cost is reduced, and the material distribution efficiency is greatly improved; the control system is arranged to control the whole construction of the trolley, the intelligent degree is greatly improved, and the construction efficiency is remarkably improved.
