The invention discloses a concrete anti-collision guardrail formwork trolley and a construction method thereof.The trolley comprises a steel formwork supporting and reinforcing module, a hydraulic lifting and construction operation platform and a moving and weight balancing module, and the position of the formwork trolley is adjusted through universal wheels of the moving and weight balancing module; a steel formwork supporting and reinforcing module is fixed to the hydraulic lifting and construction operation platform and comprises a fixing frame, an end sealing plate reinforcing mechanism, a steel formwork and a steel formwork side fixing mechanism, and the fixing frame is fixed to the hydraulic lifting and construction operation platform. The end sealing plate reinforcing mechanism and the steel formwork are fastened through a lock catch to form a formwork structure, the steel formwork side fixing mechanism comprises a first hydraulic oil cylinder and a second hydraulic oil cylinder, one ends of the first hydraulic oil cylinder and the second hydraulic oil cylinder are hinged to the fixing frame, and the other ends of the first hydraulic oil cylinder and the second hydraulic oil cylinder are hinged to the outer side of the steel formwork to adjust opening and closing of the formwork structure. The problems that during continuous operation of the formwork trolley, the formwork structure installation and adjustment process is complex, and the safety of constructors cannot be guaranteed are solved.
