According to the device, when the robot does not work, the driving wheels can be contracted into the movable base; when the robot works, the driving wheels extend out and can control the robot to move to become a movable indicating column, and when the robot moves in place, the wheels can retract, are stably placed on the road surface and automatically move, so the manpower of traffic police is effectively reduced, and the safety problem caused by manual movement can also be avoided.
