The invention relates to a length-adjustable and bendable water retaining bag, and relates to a water retaining bag. The length-adjustable and bendable water retaining bag is characterized in that a water inlet pipe (19) is arranged at the upper portion of a water bag (3), two end faces of the water bag (3) are connected with a triangular rod (6) at one end and a triangular rod (16) at the other end respectively, and the triangular rod (6) at one end and the triangular rod (16) at the other end are connected with walls or grounds of a blocked channel; the two ends of a telescopic rod are connected with rotatable mechanisms at the upper ends of the triangular rod (6) at one end and the triangular rod (16) at the other end respectively, and a telescopic rod lantern ring (13) at the upper endof the water bag (3) is arranged on the telescopic rod in a sleeving manner; and the two ends of a crank arm rod are hinged to the opposite faces of the front lower ends of the triangular rod (6) atone end and the triangular rod (16) at the other end respectively, and a crank arm rod lantern ring (12) arranged on the front lower portion of the water bag (3) is arranged on the crank arm rod in asleeving manner. According to the length-adjustable and bendable water retaining bag, the triangular rods are used for supporting the water bag, the water bag can be suitable for waterproofing of building entrances with different widths and angles through stretching and drawing and bending of the water bag, and the occupied space is smaller when the water bag is not used.
