The present invention relates to a length adjustable soil retaining plate and, more specifically, provides a length adjustable soil retaining plate which is formed to be variable for a length of a soil retaining plate to be adjustable. Therefore, the soil retaining plate can be easily installed and dismantled. According to the present invention, the length adjustable soil retaining plate comprises: a soil retaining plate body; an adjustable soil retaining plate; a spring; and an elastic support unit.
