The invention provides a pile hole rock sample fishing device. The pile hole rock sample fishing device comprises a vertical pile casing; a framework comprising a fixed frame and a movable frame whichare vertically arranged in the vertical pile casing, wherein the two sides of the fixed frame are connected to the inner wall of the vertical pile casing, the movable frame is embedded in the fixed frame, and the middle of the movable frame is pivoted to the middle of the fixed frame; a lock catch used for locking the movable frame and releasing the movable frame after touching the bottom in a pile hole, and mounted on the fixed frame; a driving piece used for pushing one side of the movable frame to enable the movable frame to rotate and mounted on the fixed frame; and a blanket net comprising a plurality of bottom blanketing nets used for shielding a lower end opening of the vertical pile casing and a plurality of cover blanketing nets used for shielding an upper end opening of the vertical pile casing, wherein the cover blanketing nets are connected between the top of the fixed frame and the top of the movable frame, and the bottom blanketing nets are connected between the bottom of the fixed frame and the bottom of the movable frame. Through the pile hole rock sample fishing device, the problem that a rock sample collected by fishing a rock sample through a traditional pile hole is inaccurate is solved.
