SAMPLING DEVICE OF UNCONSOLIDATED SAMPLE FILLED IN PILE HOLE
To provide a sampling device capable of securely sampling an unconsolidated sample in easy operation during normal construction work.SOLUTION: A sampling tool 1 is configured by inserting an inner cylinder 10 provided with a sampling opening 16 into an outer cylinder 20, and a sampling device 56 is configured by attaching the sampling tool 1 to an attachment plate 44 at a lower end of an existing pile 40 with an engaging pin 50 and by placing the sampling tool 1 in a hollow part 41 of the existing pile 40 (a). Installing the existing pile 40 through normal operation in a foot protection part of a pile hole filled with foot protection liquid (unconsolidated sample) allows the sampling tool 1 to be placed at a sampling position. At this time, the sampling tool 1 is at a basic position and the sampling opening 16 is sealed with the outer cylinder 20 (a, b). The unconsolidated sample is sampled in the inner cylinder as the sampling opening 16 is exposed by pulling only the inner cylinder 10 from the ground (sampling position). As pulling the same further from the ground, the sampling tool 1 is recovered on the ground by releasing engagement of the engaging pin 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】通常の施工作業の中で簡易な操作で未固結試料を確実に採取できる。【解決手段】採取具１は採取開口１６を備えた内筒１０を外筒２０内に挿入して構成し、既製杭４０下端の取付板４４に採取具１を係止ピン５０で取り付けて、既製杭４０の中空部４１に採取具１を配置した採取装置５６を構成する（ａ）。根固め液（未固結試料）が満たされた杭穴の根固め部に、通常の操作で既製杭４０を埋設すれば、採取位置に採取具１を配置できる。この際、採取具１は基本位置で採取開口１６は外筒２０に塞がれている（ａ、ｂ）。内筒１０のみを地上から引けば採取開口１６が露出して未固結試料を内筒内に採取できる（採取位置）（ｃ）。更に地上から引けば、係止ピン５０の係止を解除して、採取具１を地上に回収できる（ｄ）。【選択図】図１
