The invention provides a double-liquid grouting machine tool and a double-liquid grouting plugging method. The machine tool comprises a double-liquid grouting head body, a temporary plug, a grouting hard pipe and a grouting hose; the double-liquid grouting head body comprises a first grouting cylinder part and a second grouting cylinder part which are arranged side by side, the first grouting cylinder part is internally provided with a first through hole which is through up and down, and a cylinder bottom of the second grouting cylinder part is closed; a second through hole and a mounting holewhich are communicated up and down are formed in the second grouting cylinder part, a one-way valve element is arranged in the mounting hole, and the mounting hole and the first through hole are communicated side by side through a transverse channel; the temporary plug is plugged at the bottom of the first through hole; the grouting hard pipe communicates with the top of the first through hole, and the end, away from the first through hole, of the grouting hard pipe communicates with a hard pipe outer connector; and the grouting hose communicates with the top of the second through hole, and the end, away from the second through hole, of the grouting hose communicates with a hose outer connector. According to the double-liquid grouting machine tool and the double-liquid grouting plugging method, water stopping and leaking stoppage can be achieved in underground engineering emergency water stopping and leaking stoppage construction, the double-liquid grouting setting time is easy to master, and the pipe blockage is not prone to happening.
本发明提供了一种双液注浆机具及双液注浆封堵方法，机具包括：双液注浆头子本体，包括并排设置的第一注浆筒部和第二注浆筒部，所述第一注浆筒部内部设有上下贯通的第一通孔，所述第二注浆筒部的筒底封闭，所述第二注浆筒部内设有上下连通的第二通孔及安装孔，所述安装孔内设有单向阀芯，所述安装孔与所述第一通孔通过横通道并排连通设置；临时堵头，封堵于所述第一通孔的底部；注浆硬管，连通于所述第一通孔的顶部，注浆软管远离第一通孔的一端连通有硬管外接头；注浆软管，连通于所述第二通孔的顶部，注浆软管远离第二通孔的一端连通有软管外接头。本发明能在地下工程抢险止水堵漏施工中止水堵漏，双液注浆凝结时间易掌握，也不易堵管。
