The invention belongs to the technical field of tunnel construction, and particularly relates to a tunnel construction double-liquid grouting machine which comprises a grouting head, the top end of the grouting head is connected with a first grouting pipe in a penetrating mode, one side of the first grouting pipe is provided with a second grouting pipe, and the second grouting pipe is connected with the grouting head in a penetrating mode. A one-way valve element is fixed to the output end of the second grouting pipe, a transition groove is formed in the grouting head and located outside the one-way valve element, the bottom face of the inner wall of the transition groove is an inclined face, and a mixing groove is formed in the grouting head and located below the first grouting pipe. Through the design that the bottom face of the inner wall of the transition groove is an inclined face, discharging of grout can be more effectively accelerated, the discharged grout has a certain initial speed, and therefore mixing of the two kinds of grout is facilitated, meanwhile, a partition plate is arranged to shield the grout in the first grouting pipe to a certain degree, and the grouting efficiency is improved. The situation that slurry of the first grouting pipe is mixed into the transition groove, and consequently the interior of the transition groove is blocked is prevented to a certain extent.
