The structure comprises an environment-friendly building, a rainwater filtering mechanism and a graded storage mechanism, wherein the rainwater filtering mechanism is arranged on the periphery of the environment-friendly building, and the graded storage mechanism is arranged below the rainwater collecting filtering mechanism.
