The invention relates to a novel energy-saving fabricated building which comprises a base body, energy-saving heat preservation wall bodies arranged above the base body and an energy-saving roof located at the top of the building. The base body comprises a prefabricated frame body and a plurality of connecting blocks arranged in the prefabricated frame body; each energy-saving heat preservation wall comprises a structural layer, a heat preservation layer arranged in the structural layer and heat preservation outer wall plates arranged on the outer vertical face of the structural layer; heat preservation cavities are formed in the structural layers, the heat preservation layers are embedded and poured in the heat preservation cavities, and sealing waterproof layers are arranged between theheat preservation layers and the structural layers and between the structural layers and the heat preservation outer wall plates; and the energy-saving roof comprises a roof supporting structure and ashielding assembly arranged above the roof supporting structure. The novel energy-saving fabricated building has the advantage of high energy-saving and heat-insulating properties.
