The invention discloses a beam-column connecting joint with replaceable components. The beam-column connecting joint comprises tubular columns and an I-shaped beam, wherein first slotted holes are formed in the upper flanges and the lower flanges of the two ends of the I-shaped beam correspondingly; two outer ring plates are horizontally arranged on each tubular column, a ring plate web is vertically arranged between the two outer ring plates, and second slotted holes are formed in each outer ring plate; an energy dissipation cover plate is arranged on the outer wall of each outer ring plate and the outer wall of the flange of the I-shaped beam, first through holes are formed in each energy dissipation cover plate, the energy dissipation cover plates are connected with the I-shaped beam through high-strength bolts penetrating through the first groove holes and the first through holes, and second through holes are further formed in each energy dissipation cover plate; and each energy dissipation cover plate and the corresponding outer ring plate are connected through the high-strength bolts penetrating through the second groove holes and the second through holes. The invention further discloses a construction method of the beam-column connection joint with the replaceable components. The beam-column connecting joint can solve the problem of quick replacement of damaged parts ofa building, is convenient to mount and simple to construct, saves materials and reduces the cost.
