Basalt fiber bionic honeycomb plate single-layer aluminum alloy combined reticulated shell and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a basalt fiber bionic honeycomb plate single-layer aluminum alloy combined reticulated shell. The basalt fiber bionic honeycomb plate single-layer aluminum alloy combined reticulated shell consists of basalt fiber bionic honeycomb plates, aluminum alloy rod pieces and modular aluminum alloy joints, wherein the aluminum alloy rod pieces adopt H-shaped or I-shaped sections, the aluminum alloy rod pieces are connected by stainless steel bolts through modular joints, and the basalt fiber bionic honeycomb plates and the aluminum alloy rod pieces are connected through connecting pieces, so that the plates and the rods work together. The basalt fiber bionic plates having the characteristics of light weight, high strength and durability are reliably connected with the rod pieces of the aluminum alloy reticulated shell by using the special connecting piece, so that the plates and the rods work cooperatively, and bearing and enclosure are integrated. Due to the fact thathoneycomb plates participate in cooperative work of the reticulated shell structure, the overall rigidity and stable bearing capacity of the same-span single-layer aluminum alloy reticulated shell aregreatly improved, under the same load condition, a larger structural span can be spanned, and the same-span single-layer aluminum alloy reticulated shell can be applied to various large-span space structures.
本发明公开了玄武岩纤维仿生蜂窝板单层铝合金组合网壳,由玄武岩纤维仿生蜂窝板、铝合金杆件及模块化铝合金节点组成。铝合金杆件采用“H”型或“工字”型截面,铝合金杆件之间通过模块化节点由不锈钢螺栓连接,玄武岩纤维仿生蜂窝板与铝合金杆件之间,通过连接件使两者连接,以使板与杆共同工作。本发明运用特种连接件,将同样具有“轻质、高强、耐久”特性的玄武岩纤维仿生板,与铝合金网壳的杆件可靠连接,形成板与杆协同工作,集承重和围护于一体。由于蜂窝板参与网壳结构协同工作,大幅提高了同跨度单层铝合金网壳的整体刚度及稳定承载力,在同样的荷载条件下,可以跨越更大的结构跨度,可应用于各种大跨空间结构。
