The invention relates to a graphite heat dissipation composite lead metal extrusion viscous damper. The graphite heat dissipation composite lead metal extrusion viscous damper comprises a main cylinder and an auxiliary cylinder which are coaxially connected, wherein a piston rod is coaxially arranged in the main cylinder and the auxiliary cylinder in a penetrating mode, the piston rod is providedwith a main piston in the main cylinder, the piston rod is provided with a spherical piston in the auxiliary cylinder, the main cylinder is stuffed with viscous media, and the auxiliary cylinder is stuffed with lead metal. The main cylinder is gradually thickened from the middle section to the left end and the right end, the main piston is in sealed sliding connection with the inner wall of the middle section of the main cylinder, a plurality of piston through holes are formed in the main piston, and the periphery of the main cylinder is coated with a graphite heat dissipation layer. The damping ratio of the damper can be increased to a certain extent, besides, influence of overheating on the device is prevented, and good energy dissipation capacity can be obtained under small deformation.
